It is currently a commonly used material for display cabinets produced by exhibition cabinet factories. The length of the plywood is generally 2440mm, the width is 1220mm, and the thickness is divided into six specifications: 3mm, 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm (1mm for 1mm). Of course, there are also 21 millimeters and 25 millimeters, and the thickness can be produced according to different requirements.

Production process of "plywood" display cabinet

1、 The boards used to make exhibition cabinets generally include density boards, plywood, and flame retardant boards.
1. The density board has a compact structure, a smooth and flat surface, and a compact display cabinet structure. The paint plasticity is high, and the price is moderate. But the waterproof and moisture-proof properties are not high. When exposed to moisture and large temperature differences, it is easy to deform and burn.
2. The plywood structure is slightly loose, with a rough surface, good waterproof and moisture-proof properties, and is not easily deformed. However, due to the rough surface and low plasticity of the paint, it is quite labor-intensive to apply the paint. And it is easy to burn.
3. Flame retardant board is a designated display cabinet material for various large shopping malls in recent years. Its characteristic is that when encountering an open flame, it only produces a large amount of smoke, without an open flame, which can greatly slow down the spread speed of the open flame. The advantages are similar to plywood, but the disadvantages are that it is expensive and the paint plasticity is not high.
2、 In recent years, the requirements for exhibition cabinet production have been continuously increasing, and high-end practicality has gradually become a new standard for exhibition cabinet production. The advantages of solid wood exhibition cabinets are good production effect, good waterproof and moisture-proof effect, and the produced exhibition cabinets have a sense of thickness. The disadvantages are extremely flammable, expensive, and cumbersome processing and manufacturing processes. Suitable for making jewelry display cabinets, museum display cabinets, and collecting valuable exhibits.
